Cookie Policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember information about your visit. NetShow uses cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) to make the platform work, keep you signed in, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. These keep you signed in, preserve your security tokens (CSRF protection), remember your light/dark theme, and route requests correctly. You cannot opt out of these and still use the platform.
- Session cookies — authentication, account state
- CSRF token — prevents cross-site request forgery
- Theme preference — remembers light/dark mode
Functional
Help us remember your choices and preferences (such as the last agent you opened, the layout of your dashboard, and language settings). These improve your experience but the platform still works without them.
Analytics
We measure aggregate usage — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, where users drop off — so we can fix friction and ship the right features. Analytics data is treated as aggregate data and is not used to identify individual users for advertising.
Marketing & advertising
We currently do not run third-party advertising on the platform. If that changes, we will update this policy and request your consent before placing advertising cookies.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party providers (for example, Stripe for payments, Twilio for voice and SMS, and our model providers for AI inference). These providers may set their own cookies on pages where their tools are loaded. Their cookie practices are governed by their own policies.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the platform — including sign-in — will stop working. We'll add a granular consent control as we roll out additional cookie categories.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our product or the regulatory landscape changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
